Named : June Revell connects to the family of breeder Noel Jackson. This cultivar was named at the Jackson family’s request. Information given by Joanne Jackson, Noel and Vanessa’s daughter : ‘June was an evacuee during the second world war, she came from Margate and lived with my great grandparents in the house that once stood on the site of the nursery. June remained close to our family, and was a sister to my grandmother one of the founders of the nursery’
